At The Mystery Box Company, the excitement lies in the unknown. Each mystery box is a surprise, and that’s part of the fun!

All sales are final.
Due to the unpredictable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Neither we, nor our customers, know what’s inside each box before it is opened — and that’s exactly the point. As such, we cannot offer returns based on personal preferences, duplicate items, or perceived value.

By purchasing from The Mystery Box Company, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. Any libel or defamatory content will be pursued and reported. 

If you receive a damaged package or have a concern related to shipping (not contents), please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to assist.
